# Plex.tv/link on Roku: Add and Activate Plex

> Add Plex from the Roku store, open it, select Sign In, and enter the 4-character code at plex.tv/link to activate Plex on Roku.

Add the Plex channel from the Roku store, open it, and select **Sign In**. Go to **plex.tv/link** on another device, sign in, and enter the code from your Roku screen.

## Steps to activate Plex on Roku

**1. Add Plex**

Press **Home** on your Roku remote, open **Streaming Store**, search **Plex**, and select **Add channel**.

**2. Open Plex and select Sign In**

Launch Plex and choose **Sign In** to display the link code.

**3. Go to plex.tv/link**

On your phone or computer, open [https://plex.tv/link](https://plex.tv/link) and sign in.

**4. Enter the code and select Link**

Enter the 4-character code. Your Roku refreshes and connects.

> If the Plex channel will not open, restart your Roku from **Settings > System > Power > System restart** and try again.
